Super Easy & Delicious Taco Soup Recipe

Hello friends!  Many of you are experiencing colder weather than we are here in Texas during this fall season, so I thought I would share a delicious soup recipe that was passed on to me by a family friend.  You can make this all year round but it's especially great to help keep you warm during those colder days.

Ingredients:
2-3 lbs. of hamburger meat of your choice
1/2 white onion (you can add more if you like)
1 can of corn, drained (regular or sweet - up to you)
1 can of black beans, drained
1 can of kidney beans
1 can of original rotel
1 packet of taco seasoning
1 packet of dry ranch seasoning
Water
Shredded mild cheddar cheese or mexican blend cheese

Instructions:
1)  Brown hamburger meat and onion
2) Add drained cans of corn and black beans then add kidney beans, rotel, dry taco and ranch seasoning
3) Add 2-3 cans of water, according to your liking of consistency and stir
4) Let everything simmer for about 15 minutes
5) Serve, top with cheese and enjoy!

Super easy!  You can adjust this recipe to your liking.  If you try this, make sure to come back and let me know what you thought of it.

Thanks for spending time with me today!
